“Ladder Workout”

40 BW Squats
30 Str. Leg Abs
20 Push Ups
10 Str. Leg Abs
20 Push Ups
30 Str. Leg Abs
40 BW Squats

Skill work:
-Jumping
*still have to concentrate on jumping with both feet at the same time
-Planks
*this has been a very hard concept/exercise to master this position as it will carry over to their push ups as well
*the most common problem amongst all of them is that they bend their arms and when I tell them to straighten them they either bend them more or round their back instead. So today, we did a little exerice and I had them pretend they were crossing guards. I told them no one would stop unless they stuck their arm out and shouted “stop!” We repeated numerous times and then tried a plank with straight arms and it definitely helped!
